I am an integrative therapist which means I am able to combine many different approaches to your counselling session to explore your thoughts and feelings. I understand that everyone is different, therefore, I adapt my sessions to cater for my clients needs. Here are some of the approaches that I can use during the sessions; Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and Play therapy. I have worked in two secondary schools and understand the importance of safeguarding and the protection of children. I have an up to date DBS check and I am fully insured.
